Step 1: Take NLG (Nano Liquid Gold Water Soluble Hemp Seed Oil Concentrate) internally. (BEST BEFORE: 31/01/2025)

Step 2: Use our AAA quality Hemp Seed Oil topically (rub it on painful, itchy areas or wounds/infections). (BEST BEFORE: 30/06/25)

WHY IS IT BETTER THIS WAY? When taking anything internally our stomach acids generally break everything down. Now while the benefits of standard hemp seed oil are still amazing, because of this you lose about 80% of its effects, dampening its full potential.

1. However, our water soluble NLG is 524% more absorbable as it surpasses the stomach acids that break down components of normal hemp seed oil and reduce the beneficial effects. So we recommend first adding a small amount, approx. 1 ml per drink (NLG comes with a free pump top, 1 pump equals half a ml). Therefore, add a minimum of 1 or 2 pumps to your coffee, tea, water, beer, wine or beverage of choice twice a day. 3 or more pumps is great but will result in being able to taste the NLG.
2. Then use our AAA quality 100% Canadian Hemp Seed Oil and apply it to your skin on your painful, itchy or wounded/infected areas a few times a day (Please be careful as the oil may stain your clothing if you use too much). Only use a few drops on smaller areas and it will absorb in approximately 30 mins. For the more serious issues soak cotton wool in our oil and apply to ulcers or wounded areas then wrap it and repeat this once a day. Also wash once a day with salt and water. By doing it this way one 200ml bottle should last you around 3-4 months (instead of 3-4 weeks when ingesting).
3. Finally, have 1 capsule a day just before you go to bed. There are 60 capsules to a bottle meaning at 1 capsule a day, a single bottle will last you 2 months.
